Ex Jean-Marc Morey, father-in-law. Pale lemon yellow. There are some honeysuckle notes but just a fringe around the massive bank of white fruit. Far less primary than Caroline Morey’s Criots, but with spectacular potential. That little touch of riper fruit remains with it but the quintessential austerity of the vineyard will carry the day.
