Radenti Vintage Rose Sparkling 2017

This is the inaugural release of Radenti Vintage Rose is elegant yet structure with refined wild strawberry fruits. It's made up of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir and has spend 4 years on lees which has imparted a complex yeasty brioche character, rose petals and blood orange adding a savoury dimension alongside a touch of spice. The finish is precise and fresh with a lingering acid line. It's a delicious match to Tuna Sashimi or Prawns in garlic butter.
