The Riversdale Estate Pinot Gris is a well-structured wine with notable complexity. It features a rich, textural profile thanks to 72 hours of skin contact and fermentation in both stainless steel and seasoned oak. Aromas of stewed apple, pear, and spice lead into a palate with a delicate sweetness and a fruity, slightly honeyed finish. There’s a lovely balance between rich, ripe pear and citrus notes, with a creamy, almost confectionery quality.
