From 40yo vines, wild yeast open-fermented with 20% whole bunches, 26 days on skins, matured for 10 months in barrel (20% new). The colour is markedly younger than Dans les Bois, as are the flavours, clone MV6 to the fore. Here the whole-bunch component is simply part of a much bigger and enduring bouquet and palate of very high quality, flush with varietal fruit filling a framework of texture and structure.
