Rockford Moppa Springs GSM 2015 is a Barossa Valley blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre from the Moppa Springs site. It delivers ripe red and black fruit, integrated spice, and supple tannins, with good acidity and a long finish. Balanced, food-friendly, and approachable now with short-term aging potential. Tasting notes Appearance: Deep ruby with a touch of garnet at the rim. Nose: Red cherry, raspberry; blackberry; baking spices (clove, cinnamon); a hint of violet and leather. Palate: Medium- to full-bodied; red and black fruit, mocha/oak spice; well-integrated tannins; bright acidity; savory notes. Finish: Long and spicy, with fruit echoes and a touch of cocoa.
