Roku Gin from Suntory is a Japanese-style gin built around eight botanicals representing the four seasons. Juniper forms the backbone, complemented by sakura (cherry blossom) flower and leaf, yuzu peel, sencha and gyokuro teas, sansho pepper, bamboo leaf, and hinoki wood. The result is a bright, balanced gin with citrus, floral, herbal, peppery, and light woody notes—highly versatile for premium tonics and refined cocktails (Negroni, Martini, or a clean gin and tonic with a citrus twist).
