This stylish wine is medium bodied with well concentrated blueberry and red cherry fruits. It has a silky texture with floral influences plus well integrated savoury elements of dried herbs and mushrooms. Orange spice and a little bit of almonds from subtle oak, lead towards a structured finish that displays a balance of fine tannins and acidity. It will continue to reward in the cellar over the next 5-8 years and a lovely match to Pork Belly.
