Yellow flowers and salted nougat aromas. Lovely lifted yellow and green nectarine, poached pear, lemon posset. with an almond/hazelnut undertone. Fennel and spice play a nice role in framing the fruit. Beautiful subtlety in the fruit weight for '25 beechy. Phenolics are fine and well shaped, creating good flow.
