There’s such lovely flow to these Sentio white wines. This tastes of grapefruit, cooked apple, preserved lemon, assorted fresh flowers and cedar-spiced cream, but it’s the softness of the acidity, the general juiciness, and the speed at which the flavours run through the palate – neither too fast nor too slow – that beguiles. Excellent wine. Stylish, effortless, and more-ish. 94 Points Campbell Mattinson, THE WINE FRONT
