This is one Sauvignon that improves with time, and it will evolve into the savoury, silky, mature SB flavours. There is the waxy, melons, and citrus with some earthy, nutty, honeyed notes too. The Dageneua estate has old vines in beautiful sites across the appellation. Their vineyards are certified HEV3, and they are trialling biodynamic.
