It delivers bright red fruit, perfumed florals, and refined tannins, with a crisp, persistent finish. A versatile Pinot that pairs well with roasted chicken, salmon, mushroom dishes, and soft cheeses. Best enjoyed slightly below room temperature. Tasting notes Appearance: Pale to medium ruby.
