A smooth, fluffy and flavoursome chardonnay whose faintly toasty fragrance of grapefruit, lemon, yellow peach and melon reveals nuances of vanilla oak, coriander and oyster shell. Medium in weight, it’s become more luscious with time in the bottle, delivering a restrained, creamy but brightly lit core of citrus, stonefruit and melon gently wrapped in soft acids and underpinned by a fine slatey texture. A very charming, complete and extremely gluggable expression of this wine.
