Sidewood Spark Pinot Chardonnay is a traditional-method sparkling from Sidewood Estate in the Adelaide Hills. A pale straw wine with a fine bead, crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It offers bright aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white peach with subtle brioche. On the palate, crisp acidity supports citrus and orchard fruit, with a light toasty note and a dry, clean finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, sushi, or soft cheeses.
