Sonnen Tasmanian Pinot Noir 2024

This Sonnen Pinot Noir is medium to light bodied in it's make up, with blue berries and wild raspberry fruit flavours. The mid palate is complex, has a silky texture and reveals a myriad of flavours, starting with savoury dried herbs and vine stalks, complimented by an earthiness of field mushrooms and undergrowth, some orange spice, which then finishes With finely grained, fury tannins. It's a wine that will continue to develop in the cellar until 2032, or match with pan seared duck breast with wild blueberry sauce.
