The Mighty Ox is sourced from vineyards planted in the parishes of Ebenezer, Greenock and Moppa Hills. These parishes are in the north west of the Barossa Valley at elevations between 250m and 310m above sea level. The 2018 Mighty Ox is a lush full-bodied wine with good fruit intensity of blackberry and black cherry. The wine has prominent oak characters of vanilla and dark chocolate and excellent persistence long after it leaves the mouth.
