This Sullivans Cove expression pairs vanilla and creamy sweetness with subtle spice and red-berry fruit, supported by refined oak tannins. Polished and versatile, suitable for sipping neat or with a splash of water. Tasting Notes Nose: Red berries, vanilla cream, almond, light cocoa, subtle spice, toasted oak, citrus zest. Palate: Silky texture; vanilla, honeyed fruit (peach/pear), baking spice (cinnamon, clove), white pepper, gentle oak, faint cocoa. Finish: Medium length; spice and oak fade to vanilla sweetness with a hint of citrus zest.
