Limited-release Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove. Old & Rare 18YO French Oak Single Cask draws its character from a single French oak cask after 18 years of maturation. Oak-forward with depth and balance, offering rich fruit, spice, and a long, refined finish. A true one-cask expression for collectors and connoisseurs. Tasting notes Appearance: Deep amber with copper glints; medium-high viscosity. Nose: Dried fig and dark plum, vanilla pod, toasted French oak, cinnamon, clove, a whisper of tobacco. Palate: Full-bodied and silky; flavors of dark chocolate, blackberry, espresso, fig, caramel, and peppery spice; pronounced oak tannins. Finish: Long, warm finish with oak-derived spice, leather, and lingering dark fruit.
