Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a subtle tone of black around the edges and a light red hue. Cherry, strawberry and rhubarb aromas sail through the nostrils followed by some brambly earth like notes, dried herbs, hints of stalk and spice. Exceptionally silky feel with delicious red to black cherry, strawberry and spicy rhubarb flavours decorating the expansive palate. Bramble, dried herb and forest floor elements lend further complexity. Beautifully integrated velvet smooth tannins with a long savoury conclusion. Drink over the next 5-6 years.
