Tasting Notes Nose: The wine has an enticing bouquet of fresh cedar wood, layered with red and black fruits, particularly cassis and violets. The overall aroma is fresh and luxurious. Palate:This is a full-bodied Cabernet with fresh, complex fruit upfront, leading to a seamless, powerful back palate. The tannins are energetic and fine-grained, with a slight youthful grip, complemented by layers of tobacco and cedar from the French oak. The wine has an imposing character, yet a veil of delicacy and grace lingers on the long, wonderful persistent finish. Colour: At release, the wine is a deep bright garnet red colour.
