There’s no colour added and no chill filtration; just full, natural flavours at a whip-cracking cask strength of 59.7% ABV. Single casks from this distillery aren’t easy to come by in Australia, but thanks to the Club’s long-time friendship with Master Distiller Billy Walker, the twice-crowned World’s Best whiskymakers have bottled the entire hogshead exclusively for Members of The Whisky Club.  This unique cask offering only yielded 315 bottles, so you’ll need to be quick if you want to add one to your whisky collection.
