A parcel of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks from our Bothwell Distillery, home of Nant Single Malt Whisky, produced the perfect balance of subtle brightness and light vanilla, accentuating the orchard fruit notes and allowing the vibrancy of the Amontillado to shine through.
