A blend of Yarra Valley Pinot (50%) and King Valley Gamay (50%). Both ferments were 100% whole bunch. The Yarra Pinot was a ‘no touch’ ferment which results in huge ‘carbonic maceration’ inputs to the wine. Natural malo-lactic fermentation.
