Tim Smith MGS is an Australian red blend (Merlot–Grenache–Shiraz) from Tim Smith Wines. It’s medium-bodied, fruit-forward with soft tannins and a touch of oak, delivering red and black fruit flavors with spice. A versatile partner for grilled meats, pizza, and hearty tapas. Tasting Notes Appearance: Deep ruby with a light edge. Aroma: Ripe cherry and plum, blackberry, hints of dried herbs, vanilla, and subtle pepper. Palate: Medium-bodied, silky tannins, flavors of red and dark fruit, a hint of chocolate, balanced acidity, integrated spice. Finish: Medium-length with warm spice and a faint earthy note.
