Sourced entirely from the '01-planted, very protected 0.4ha F Block. 100% mlf with no lees stirring. Subtle melon fig and stone aromas together with a little chalk and spice. This is very even on the finely tuned, pure-fruited, structured and graceful palate. Finishes grapefruit pithy and long.
