Crafted from organically grown grapes in the Marche region of Italy. Verdicchio is one of the most widely planted white grape varieties in the Marche region of central Italy. First produced in 1983, grapes are selected from four vineyards ranging from 8 to 30 years old, with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks and the wine given approximately 5 months lees contact to build its textural attributes.
Umani Ronchi Verdicchio Casal di Serra is a refined and expressive white wine that captures the essence of Verdicchio. This vintage offers bright notes of citrus, white peach, and almond blossom with a crisp mineral edge.
On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and delicately textured, with a clean finish that makes it perfect for seafood, grilled vegetables, or light pasta dishes. A benchmark example of Italian white wine at its elegant best. A must-have for lovers of fresh, coastal whites.
