Inspired by the Marson family’s north- eastern Italian roots, the Prosecco is a crisp, dry sparkling made in the traditional method, spending one month on lees prior to disgorgement & dosage. From an exceptional and cool growing season, the 2022 Prosecco is made from fruit sourced from the banks of the Ovens River in the Alpine Valleys. Displaying aromas of lifted alpine flowers, a freshness asserts itself on the palate with flavours of fresh cut Granny Smith apple & bitter lemon spritz complemented by a rich, creamy mousse. A hint of amaro bitterness then leads to a balanced, dry & savoury finish – a testament to the addition of 1.5% pinot bianco made prior to secondary fermentation. - Vinea Marson
