A sophisticated blend of Tennessee and Indiana bourbons matured 15–17 years and finished in five-year air-seasoned Appalachian oak. The extended barrel time deepens colour and complexity, yielding a rich palate of dark brown sugar, roasted vanilla,  plum, dark toffee, cocoa, and seasoned oak. Proofed with Rosendale limestone water, this collector-grade bourbon delivers layered depth and a long, contemplative finish. A statement pour for those who appreciate nuance and craftsmanship.
