Halliday Wine Companion - 97 Points
Limited Release. Selectiv' harvested, open fermented, 5 separate parcels fermented and matured for 18 months in French oak (23% new), then assessed and blended, the hue vibrant. Any thought of blockbuster is instantly dismissed with the 1st taste. It is an elegant medium-bodied wine, albeit with a compelling blend of blackberry, spice and plum. The oak integrated, tannins perfectly pitched behind the fruit. Gold medals Barossa and Royal Adelaide Wine Shows ’20. James Halliday
