Barrel fermented and matured for 10 months in large-format oak. A bright green gold. A little more restrained, perhaps, than the '23 with its complex bouquet of perfectly ripened apricots, yellow apple, quince and acacia honey. The palate is gently opulent, layered and very well balanced, finishing focused and long.
